Nb-Ta-Zr is a niobium-based alloy that typically contains 7.5% tantalum (Ta) and approximately 0.7–1% zirconium (Zr), with a density of about 8.85–8.90 g/cm3.
It retains high strength at high temperatures, surpassing pure niobium and some nickel-based alloys. It offers good overall performance, including high-temperature resistance and acid resistance. Thanks to its excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties, it is widely used in the aerospace, nuclear, chemical, and other industries.
Nb-7.5Ta-1Zr is a high-temperature alloy with excellent overall properties, suitable for extremely high temperatures and corrosive environments, and indispensable in the aerospace, nuclear, chemical, and other industries.
