Titanium alloy is an alloy composed of titanium as the base material with other elements added.
Titanium has two allotropes. Below 882℃, it is α titanium with a closely arranged hexagonal structure, while above 882℃, it is β titanium with a body-centered cubic structure. Matrix structures are classified by α alloy, β alloy and α+β alloy.
Classified by application: They can be divided into heat-resistant alloys, high-strength alloys, corrosion-resistant alloys (such as titanium-molybdenum, titanium-palladium alloys, etc.), low-temperature alloys, and special functional alloys (such as titanium-iron hydrogen storage materials and titanium-nickel memory alloys), etc.
