Ta-2.5W Tube

Tantalum tube made of Ta-2.5W tungsten alloy
Ta-2.5W pipe, with dimensions verified using a vernier caliper

Ta-2.5W alloy tubes offer excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and mechanical strength, making them suitable for use in highly corrosive chemical environments, high-temperature conditions, and vacuum environments. The material meets the corrosion resistance and reliability requirements for chemical equipment, semiconductor equipment, vacuum equipment, heat exchangers, and high-temperature furnaces.

Ta-2.5W alloy tubes are available in seamless and welded configurations and can also be custom-made to meet customer specifications for outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, length, and surface finish. The products are manufactured in accordance with the relevant ASTM B521 and R05252 standards, and test reports on material properties, mechanical properties, and non-destructive testing can be provided upon project request.

Ta-2.5W alloy tubes with various outer diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths are available upon request. Custom manufacturing is possible based on the customer’s drawings, technical specifications, and application requirements, and is available in annealed, cold-formed, and custom-finished conditions.
